Returns
Eligibility: Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are only accepted if the item you received is defective, damaged, or not as described.
Time Frame: You must notify us of any issues within 14 days of receiving your order. After 14 days, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds.
Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@myownstyle.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. Our team will guide you through the return process.
Refunds
Eligibility: Refunds are issued only for items that are defective, damaged, or not as described. We do not offer refunds for custom products due to change of mind or incorrect design submissions.
Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Method: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Shipping Costs: If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be covered by MyOwnStyle for defective or incorrect items. For all other returns, shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Eligibility: We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or not as described. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@myownstyle.com.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized products that are not defective, damaged, or incorrectly described cannot be returned or refunded. Please double-check your design before completing your order.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the stated time frame, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times can vary. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@myownstyle.com.
