Order Processing: Once you place your order, it takes up to 5 business days for us to print and prepare your custom products for shipment. This processing time allows us to ensure that each item meets our high-quality standards.
Shipping Time
Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the UK. Once your order has been processed, it will typically be delivered within 2-5 business days.
Delivery Time: In total, you can expect to receive your order within 7 business days from the date of purchase.
Shipping Confirmation
Order Tracking: After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package and see its estimated delivery date.
Shipping Locations
Domestic Shipping: Currently, we only ship to addresses within the UK. We are working on expanding our delivery services to international locations in the near future.
Delivery Issues
Lost or Delayed Shipments: If your order does not arrive within the expected time frame, please contact our customer service team at support@myownstyle.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package and ensure it is delivered to you as soon as possible.
Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. MyOwnStyle is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize you’ve made a mistake, contact us immediately, and we will do our best to update the address before your order ships.
Undeliverable Packages
Returned to Sender: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or because it was unclaimed, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
